For European citizens I can also e-mail my direct bank details.
Sessions are done through Skype or Zoom.
Make sure you have Skype or Zoom set-up before your appointment.

Also make sure you have a well working microphone/headset and you are being left alone for the duration of the session.
Try to keep potential background noises to a minimum.
On Helena’s part this can of course also never be guaranteed, as she lives in a busy town with lots of dogs and street-noises.
It takes her ~5- 10 minutes to get into the channeling state. It is asked to please be quiet during this phase / or mute, as it helps to establish a good, solid strong connection.
An alarm will go off at the end of the channelling session, as Helena keeps her eyes closed and is not aware of time during channeling.

By purchasing an channeling session, you agree that your session is subject to your own interpretation and that any information you receive does not constitute psychological, legal, business, medical or financial advice.
Choices and/or actions based on the content of your consultation are your own responsibility.
By purchasing a session, you also agree to not take the advice given in any channeling to substitute traditional medical, legal, or professional advice.
You further agree to not hold Helena De Brabander liable for any information that is received during a channeling session.
Any action you take, or decide not to take, as a consequence of the channeling session is solely your responsibility.

No-Shows, Cancellations & Refunds
It is extremely important to try and book your session for a time that works best for you. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations and no-show appointments can be a big inconvenience and equally unfair to other clients who may have wanted the same time slot that you originally booked.
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, you must notify Infinity Guide at least 24 hours prior to your original scheduled booking time in order to be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation request must be sent in writing, via email to: infinity-guide@telenet.be or by using the contact form provided at the contact page.
Please be advised that if you are not available for your session and I have not received at least 24 hours written notice of your intent to cancel, that it is not possible to wait (or begin your session) any longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given to no-show appointments.
Resceduling
Rescheduling is possible when given 24 hours notice via infinity-guide@telenet.be
Session Confidentiality
There shall be no third party or public disclosure of sessions that have been purchased by a client; whether oral, written or via public, media, digital, blogs, posts and/or internet. Both parties agree that all topics and content discussed in a session are indeed private and confidential and may only be shared in the above mentioned ways, either with the full permission of the client (like when they request the information to be shared themselves) or in ways that guarantee full anonymity of the client.
How can I pay?
After booking you will receive a payment request via e-mail.
