What is channeling?
Channeling is a form of communication between humans their own higher self, ET’s, angelic beings, nature spirits, a non-physical group consciousness, or even animals.
A channeler’s brain can be likened to a radio device tuning into a different radio station, by changing the frequency.
In actuality, the channeler is changing his or her brainwaves from Beta to Gamma.
The universal language of existence are mathematical frequencies, which equal waveforms, that function as thoughts.
Everything at its core is a frequency wave. So every being/soul can communicate with each other via this common language.
These frequencies are channelled down through the crown chakra into the channeling chakra. The information is filtered through our higher self and our ‘ego consciousness believe systems’.
In this way channelled information is always an interpretation varying to certain degrees.
The more knowledgeable a channeler is, the more broad vocabulary can be used to bring forth complex concepts.
A good channelers also doesn’t ‘judge’ the provided information and translates the frequencies as clear and pure as possible.
A channeler can choose who or what they want to channel. As long as the other party has an interest in communicating, the link is made and the channeling can begin.
For instance, many people channel Archangel Michael. If he agrees to communicate with the channeler, the flow of non-verbal information begins. The channeler receives the raw information at a high sensory level and then converts it into human language.
Misconceptions about Channeling
A popular misconception is that a channeler must go into a deep trance state, or surrender their body and/or mind to the entity. In reality, the entity does not have to enter the body or mind of the channeler and, in fact,vcan actually be millions of light years away or even in another dimension.
However, channeling is similar to any other form of communication – verbal communication, body language, physical senses, art, and so on – that expresses a message which is then subject to the receiver’s understanding.
Most well-known channelers today remain aware of themselves and the activities going on in the room, while at the same time focusing their senses and attention on the entity they are channeling. Contemporary channelers do not generally leave their bodies or surrender their minds during the communication process.
Some people fear channeling because they don’t understand the process. They think that a negative or dark entity can come in without permission. This is not the case. The channeler always retains the choice of who or what they want to channel, just like they have the choice of who they want as friends or business associates.
The channeler can insist on knowing the name and origins of any entity or angelic being who wants to communicate with them.
Experienced channelers understand that just because an entity wants to communicate doesn’t mean that the entity is necessarily enlightened. The channeler should discern for themselves the level of enlightenment of the entity and the value of their information. Some entities just like to chat; others can have an agenda; and there are also many entities who have a desire to provide enlightened guidance and counsel.

Always use your discernment when it comes to channeling or, for that matter,any verbal or non-verbal communication. When listening to a non-physical entity through a human channeler, ask yourself if the energy feels right, if the message is empowering and inspiring, if the message is intelligent/high-consciousness, and if the entity understands the human journey.
What are counterparts?
We are all our own individual extension of a Soul, that can be seen as our first energetic link to the Source /God / All-That-Is.
Through our Soul – we can raise our awareness ‘up’ – to the level of the Oversoul.
This can be seen as a collective of many individual Souls.

It is through the Oversoul level that our other Soul extensions can be reached.
These Soul extensions are for convenience called ‘counterparts’.
They can be seen as our other simultaneous life experiences (as everything is here and now).
And these are very likely to also connect us to other planets, density levels, and universes.
This is a way for Source or God to experience itself through different reflections of itself.
Source is branched off in different layers of Oversouls, who are then again branched off in many individual souls each with their own counterparts,
Each soul in that way provides Source knowledge and information through their own unique type of experiences.
What is a Higher Self?
You are one with your Higher Self and you are always connected. It is who you truly are, without any masks, ego filters, negative belief systems or societal programming.
The Oversoul choses a 'life plan' / intention before an incarnation, including what it wants to experience and learn.
Your Higher Self has all-access to this knowledge. So by consciously connecting to your greater self, vital information can become available.

When your life plan or contract was set, your Higher Self also selected 'spirit guides' whose job it is to make sure you stay on the right track. These types of beings can also be consulted for guidance.

Mediation is a great way to start communicating with your Higher Self and Guides.
An altar or jewel f.e. can serve as a physical focal point for assisting with Higher self / Guide connections.
Once you’ve tuned in to your Higher Self, you’ll be able to get key information about why you’re here and where you should be going next.

Your Higher Self communicates to you through your intuition, dreams, symbols, synchronicities, a sudden voice of reason, or ‘gut feeling’....
The more you open yourself to it, the more you will be in tune with your Higher Self.
The Higher Self resides in the ‘frequency domain’/ Singularity / non-physical realm.
Your Higher Self is you, but without the veil across your memory. It represents your total soul consciousness, the highest aspect of you.
You, here on Earth, are a projection of your Higher Self’s consciousness.
When you were born, you started to forget where you came from, as incarnation causes forgetfulness/amnesia.
There is an unbreakable connection between you and your Higher Self even though you are not aware of it.

After incarnation, you are left with an ethereal connection with your Higher Self through your DNA strands.
As the total soul consciousness, your Higher Self knows everything about you, including your past, present, and future probabilities (experienced as one now moment).
Because on that higher level, you have chosen the life you are living. It knows your life plan.
By consciously connecting with your Higher Self, you can rediscover your purpose and live missions.
Your higher self is your divine aspect, providing you the guidance to shift to a more fluent and meaningful life, and to actualize your full potential.
Transforming our fractured, physical world back into a divine unity consciousness is always the main goal.
But many paths are explored before this Omega point can take place.
Who will come through?
Helena mainly channels her own counterparts.
You can also let synchronicity decide who presents themselves.
An angelic consciousness or certain Archetypal beings also may come through.
Please have a look in the section 'Counterparts'. All the available counterparts are presented there.
You can pick one and put the request in at the start of the channeling session.
A switch of beings during the session is also possible, according to relevance.
What questions can I ask?
There are no direct taboos or inappropriate types of questions.
Nevertheless, here are some guidelines you could follow:
It is not recommend to bring much attention to very negative / fear-based conspiracy theories, or ask most of your questions about very negative subjects. (‘what you put out is what you get back’)
Predication related questions or 'when' questions also need discernment, as no being can actually predict the future with 100% accuracy.
Great subject are for example: questions about your own counterparts, ET civilizations, ship encounters, dreams/dream interpretation, workings of reality, tools for personal growth and help with personal challenges.
Nevertheless it may happen that the guides choose not to answer any specific question for a specific reason. Any information being given is basically being ‘brought in’ from your own Higher self.
The guides and counterparts are in that way a translator of the frequencies provided through agreements by your own Higher Self. (frequencies/vibrations = energy = thoughts)
It is recommended to keep your questions ‘to the point’, short, and ask one specific question at a time.
Also try to stick to 1 subject per question.
Ofcourse you can always first explain a certain situation briefly, to clarify, and then attach a question to it.
You can also just ask if there are any messages for you in general.
If there is any information of your own guides, that is relevant for your at that specific moment, the counterpart or the guide/being might be brought through directly.
For example hybrid children, multi dimensional, nature- and/or interstellar beings with whom you already have your own (open) soul agreements, usually step forwards during this open type of question.
How long will each question take?
Generally, it takes about 3 to 5 minutes per question. You decide if you’d like to go deeper into any given subject.
Ofcourse if you have only a few questions – you can take them much ‘further’ as when you have 20 and you want to get them all asked and answered.
Understand that when you bring up questions about physical challenges, the guides may ask you some questions in return, to get a more complete picture of your situation – also to allow you to become more aware of the intricate connection between certain belief-systems you may hold in your system and the specific type of complaints.
Session arrangements and practicalities
Sessions are done through Skype . Make sure you have Skype set-up before our appointment. You can already add Infinity Guide to your contact list upfront. Also make sure you have a well working microphone/headset and you are being left alone for the duration of the session.
Try to keep potential background noises to a minimum. On Helena’s part this can of course also never be guaranteed as she lives in a busy town with lots of dogs and street-noises.
It takes her ~5- 10 minutes to get into the channelling state. It is asked to please be quiet during this phase / or mute, as it helps to establish a good, solid strong connection.
An alarm will go off at the end of the channelling session, as Helena keeps her eyes closed and is not aware of time during channelling.
Is a Skype version just as powerful as a live channeling?
A Skype session energetically works exactly the same as a live session. The ET beings easily surpass our limited ideas of time and space. They have a full understanding of our physical world and how it works (or how we all together, ‘bring it into being’ really). They know how to bridge me and the participant no matter where we are.
How many people can participate?
Channeling session are normally done as a 1 – on – 1 – but can also be requested by couples.
Please do not book a session for a family members or friend as a gift.
A channeling session must be something each person fully agrees with and is familiar with.
